HR Coordinator

To assist in resolving all matters related to the Personnel Section.  Have custody of the Personnel Files and

relevant official documents.  Under the direction of the HR Team Leader, process all the various transactions relating to the Personnel Files from recruitment through to termination of services and transferring the files to history.

 

Principal Duties (Roles), Responsibilities & Authority

Keep custody of employees Personnel Files and related official documents, maintaining strict confidentiality.

Typing and preparing Administration Orders and other correspondence related to personnel transactions.

Prepare Dues Statements required for leaves, accommodation, resignations and termination of services, all under the direction of the HR Team Leader.

Print the monthly Time Cards under the supervision of HR Team Leader and check them before mailing to the concerned site/project. Receive filled Time Cards and review them before processing to Accounts, checking total days and overtime worked. Supervise data entry for checked Time Cards, producing Pay Roll and checking it before sending to Accounts.

Check Time Sheets for employees paid through Bank, preparation of Bank Pay Roll and distribute bank salary pay slips.

File all incoming documents relating to personnel transactions and keep the files up to date.

Keep custody of passports, labor cards and driving licenses, making sure that the release of these items is strictly subject to the approval of the Head of Department.

Provide the typists will all necessary information required to complete their work.

 

Qualification

Minimum  Qualification

University Degree in Human Resources.

Minimum 5 years experience in HR functions of which 3 years in Gulf region.

Good Computer knowledge.

Able to write and speak English and Arabic.

Should be familiar with UAE Labor Law and Regulations.
