Supervision Project (Consultant Office)Job Summary:We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Planning Engineer to join our team for a one-year supervision project with a consultant office. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and monitoring the project to ensure its timely and successful completion. This position requires a strong background in civil engineering and expertise in project planning and scheduling. The offered salary for this position is AED 11,200/-. Prior experience with MUSANADA or PROVIS School Projects will be an advantage. Immediate availability is required.Develop detailed project schedules, work breakdown structures, and resource allocation plans in coordination with the project team.Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to established timelines and milestones.Conduct regular analysis of project data to identify potential risks and propose mitigation measures.Prepare accurate and comprehensive reports, including progress updates, resource utilization, and critical path analysis.Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and subcontractors, to gather project data and ensure alignment with the project plan.Participate in project meetings to provide insights on the project schedule, identify bottlenecks, and propose appropriate solutions.Monitor project budgets and resource allocations, identifying deviations and assisting in implementing corrective measures.Conduct site visits to assess project progress and identify any discrepancies between planned and actual work.Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and health and safety regulations.Maintain project documentation, including records of correspondence, project plans, and change orders.Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in project planning and scheduling methodologies. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.Proven experience as a Planning Engineer in School renovation projectsStrong proficiency in project planning and scheduling software.Solid understanding of civil engineering principles and construction processes.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.Effective communication and presentation skills.Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations in the construction industry.Prior experience with MUSANADA or PROVIS School Projects will be an advantage.Immediate availability to join the project.If you are a qualified Planning Engineer with a background in civil engineering and experience in supervision projects, we encourage you to apply for this position.
